حول الاستجابة للحوادث
يوفّر برنامج الاستجابة للحوادث العمليات والإجراءات المنظَّمة التي تتبعها المؤسسة لاكتشاف الحوادث الأمنية السيبرانية واحتوائها والقضاء على أسبابها والتعافي منها. ينبغي أن تحدد خطة الاستجابة للحوادث مستويات الخطورة، والأدوار والمسؤوليات، وبروتوكولات الاتصال، وإجراءات التصعيد، وآلية التكامل مع فرق الشؤون القانونية والاتصال والإدارة التنفيذية. وتختبر التمارين المكتبية المنتظمة وتمارين محاكاة الحوادث فعالية الخطة، وتكشف الفجوات، وتضمن قدرة أعضاء الفريق على أداء مسؤولياتهم تحت الضغط عند وقوع حادث حقيقي.
