비즈니스 연속성 소개
비즈니스 연속성 계획은 사이버보안 사고, 자연재해 또는 기타 업무 중단 사건이 발생하는 동안과 그 이후에도 핵심 조직 기능이 계속 운영될 수 있도록 보장합니다. 이를 위해 업무 영향 분석(BIA)을 수행하여 핵심 프로세스와 각 프로세스의 최대 허용 중단 시간을 식별하고, 대체 처리 시설 또는 장애 조치(failover) 기능을 마련하며, 연속성 체계를 가동하기 위한 커뮤니케이션 절차를 정의합니다. 비즈니스 연속성 계획은 재해 복구 및 사고 대응 계획과 통합되어야 하며, 정기적인 훈련을 통해 시험하고, 업무 운영 또는 기술 인프라에 중대한 변경이 생길 때마다 갱신해야 합니다.
