재해 복구 소개
재해 복구(DR)는 랜섬웨어 공격, 데이터센터 중단, 자연재해와 같은 치명적 사건 이후 IT 인프라, 애플리케이션 및 데이터를 복원하는 데 필요한 기술적 역량과 절차를 제공합니다. DR 계획에는 각 중요 시스템에 대한 복구 시간 목표(RTO)와 복구 시점 목표(RPO)를 정의하고, 이중화된 인프라 또는 클라우드 기반 장애 조치 환경을 구축하며, 단계별 복원 절차를 문서화하는 작업이 포함됩니다. 정기적인 테스트를 통해(위험이 이를 정당화하는 경우에는 전체 장애 조치까지 포함하여) 복구 목표를 실제로 달성할 수 있는지, 그리고 직원들이 절차를 수행할 수 있는지를 확인합니다.
