制定并维护恢复计划。

关于恢复规划
恢复规划是指建立成文的程序，用于在网络安全事件或灾难发生后，将系统、数据和业务运营恢复至正常运行状态。计划应基于业务影响分析确定恢复优先级，明确关键系统的技术恢复程序，列明所需资源和人员，并包含恢复期间向利益相关方通报进展的沟通模板。恢复计划应通过桌面推演或恢复演练进行测试，测试结果应反馈并更新至计划中；PCI DSS要求事件响应计划（包括恢复程序）至少每年测试一次（12.10.2）。
