ضمان تدريب الموظفين وإدراكهم لسياسات الأمن السيبراني.

حول التوعية والتدريب
يُعد التدريب على التوعية الأمنية دفاعاً حاسماً على المستوى البشري، إذ يقلل من مخاطر الهندسة الاجتماعية والتصيد الاحتيالي والكشف العرضي عن البيانات. ينبغي أن تغطي البرامج التعرف على محاولات التصيد الاحتيالي، وممارسات التصفح الآمن، والنظافة الرقمية لكلمات المرور، وإجراءات الإبلاغ عن الحوادث، ومسؤوليات الأمن الخاصة بكل دور وظيفي. يتطلب معيار PCI DSS تدريب التوعية عند التعيين ومرة واحدة على الأقل سنوياً، بما يشمل التصيد الاحتيالي والهندسة الاجتماعية (12.6.3)، بينما تترك معظم الأطر الأخرى تحديد التكرار لتقدير المؤسسة. تُعد محاكاة التصيد الاحتيالي وسيلة شائعة لقياس مدى فعالية التدريب.
