À propos de Sensibilisation et formation
La formation à la sensibilisation à la sécurité constitue une défense critique au niveau humain, qui réduit le risque d'ingénierie sociale, d'hameçonnage et d'exposition accidentelle de données. Les programmes doivent couvrir la reconnaissance des tentatives d'hameçonnage, les pratiques de navigation sûres, l'hygiène des mots de passe, les procédures de signalement d'incidents et les responsabilités de sécurité propres à chaque rôle. La norme PCI DSS exige une formation de sensibilisation à l'embauche, puis au moins une fois par an, incluant l'hameçonnage et l'ingénierie sociale (12.6.3) ; la plupart des autres référentiels laissent la fréquence à votre appréciation. Les campagnes de simulation d'hameçonnage sont un moyen courant de mesurer l'efficacité de la formation.
