인식 제고 및 교육 소개
보안 인식 교육은 사회공학, 피싱, 그리고 실수로 인한 데이터 노출의 위험을 줄이는 핵심적인 인적 계층 방어 수단입니다. 교육 프로그램에는 피싱 시도 식별, 안전한 웹 브라우징 관행, 비밀번호 관리 위생, 보안 사고 보고 절차, 그리고 역할별 보안 책임이 포함되어야 합니다. PCI DSS는 채용 시점과 최소 연 1회 이상 피싱 및 사회공학을 포함한 인식 교육을 요구하고 있습니다(12.6.3). 그 외 대부분의 프레임워크는 교육 주기를 조직이 자체적으로 정하도록 하고 있습니다. 피싱 모의훈련은 교육이 실제로 효과가 있는지 측정하는 데 흔히 활용되는 방법입니다.
